First Aid
By joining the club you agree that basic first aid may be given to your child should they sustain an injury whilst under the supervision of Datchworth Sports Club. Should further treatment be deemed necessary, the Club will endeavour to contact a parent/guardian whilst arranging further medical assistance.

Photo/Video Consent
By joining the club you agree that video footage and/or photographs of your child may be taken for the purpose of coaching, match reports, club records, literature and promotional material.
